Western Riverside Energy Leader Partnership

This Program is a local government partnership that includes participating jurisdictions in the Western Riverside Council of Governments' subregion and the Southern California Edison (SCE) service area. The Program is designed to optimize opportunities for the participating jurisdictions to achieve both short-and long-term sustainable energy savings, reduce utility bills, and enhance the level of comfort in municipal and commercial buildings as well as homes. The Partnership will help promote energy efficiency by increasing community awareness and participation in energy efficiency, demand response and self-generation programs.

The Western Riverside Energy Leadership Partnership is funded by California utility ratepayers and administered by Southern California Edison under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission.
