Draft Implementation Plan Released for Public Review
Western Community Energy has released its Draft Implementation Plan (Plan) for public review and comment. The Plan outlines how Western Community Energy plans to create a Program to purchase electricity for customers within the Cities of Canyon Lake, Eastvale, Hemet, Jurupa Valley, Norco, Perris, and Wildomar at rates that are projected to be lower than energy currently provided by Southern California Edison (SCE). Customers in these jurisdictions can continue to have their energy supplied by SCE if they desire.
Comments are due to WCE / WRCOG by November 30, 2018.
Please send any comments to the attention of Barbara Spoonhour, Deputy Executive Director - Operations, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
